Current Openings: Denver Operations Manager
OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED DENVER OPERATIONS MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION
Olson Plumbing and Heating is seeking a team member with the following qualifications for Denver Operations Manager. The Denver Operations Manager will oversee the operations of our Denver branch. This position will be responsible for managing a team, scheduling, project management for Denver and Northern Colorado projects as needed and building relationships with local clientele.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall supervision and responsibility for the construction, service, and facility functions of the Denver branch of Olson Plumbing & Heating
- Supervises Denver office staff, including the service group, project managers, delivery drivers, and assists field operations with construction crews in Denver and Northern Colorado
- Manages daily operations from our Littleton facility
- Provides estimates and proposals for healthcare and commercial projects
- Manages construction projects
- Conducts plan review
- Responds to ASI’s, writes RFI’s and change orders, and provides submittals and closeout documents
- Monitors project costs and schedules; ensures budget compliance
- Resolves customer complaints
- Provides design assistance as needed for potential projects
- Reviews, approves and submits employee timecards
- Works with the Purchasing Manager to order equipment and materials
- Coordinates manpower needs with Field Operations Manager
- Attends preconstruction meetings
- Attends scheduling and operations impact meetings with GC’s and/or owners
- Delivers paperwork as needed between Denver and Colorado Springs offices

EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years management, construction, or related experience
Olson Plumbing & Heating is located at 2500 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO. Our Denver branch is at 10440 Bradford Rd Unit G, Littleton, CO. This position is an onsite position in Littleton and will require onsite work from both facilities. Monday through Friday.
