Although ownership of the company was later transferred from Olson to M. Keith Trapp, it continued to bear the Olson name. Throughout the ownership by the Trapp family, the company has been involved in many projects that helped characterize Colorado Springs, such as: Penrose/St. Francis Hospital, CS Fine Arts Center, El Paso County Court House, Compassion International, Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame, Audubon Medical Center, University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Penrose Library District, Ramtron International, Penrose Equestrian Center, Memorial Hospital, Colorado College, and many more.
The Trapp family still owns Olson Plumbing & Heating Co. In fact, five generations of the Trapp family have contributed to the company’s success by incorporating the latest product developments while maintaining a commitment to customer service and high standards second to no one.
